We just got our new dog, piper. She is so cute!! The girls love her very much and are great feeding her and walking her. It is a big responsibility!

We are getting excited for our trip to San Antonio to pick up Madison at Camp lone hollow. We are leaving this weekend and cannot wait! Nothing is better than getting an awesome note from your daughter from camp! Madison wrote us a note from camp that told us about her counselors Megan and Ashley. Her friends there are named Mia , lala, Maria, We are going to Six Flags San Antonio fiesta Texas and are you going to ride I'm S we are going to Six Flags San Antonio fiesta Texas and are going to ride a Superman ride and Batman rides. Hannah is so excited to see her big sister!

1st experience at overnight camp

We all just went for Mike Larsen's birthday at El Tiempo Cantina on Gessner. We had a nice time celebrating. We were especially excited for Madison on going to Lone Hollow for her first week away from mom and dad. She is such a mature, sweet and loving young lady. I think she will do amazing at her first week of overnight camp. Madison is going for a whole week with Lala Cook and I know that she will meet so many new kids and she will enjoy so much her first experience at camp. She is so excited for the lake, to meet new friends and to play sports and especially that it has airconditioning! LOL! Madison loves trying new things and I think she will love rock climbing and the blob. She is going to share a cabin with Lala and I know she is so excited. I am so happy for her and she has is going to have the time of her life. I know she is not going to want to come home. I hope she meets kids all over texas and can write and visit them during the school year.

Amazing trip to Edwards, CO, 6-15 to 6-18-2017 for Father's Day!

It is amazing how fast the school year has gone by! Tomorrow is the last day of kindergarten and third grade! The girls are getting so big. I feel like Mrs. Briles And mrs. Wooten were such great teachers and I'm so excited for fourth grade and first grade next year. Madison is doing her first year of Sommer camp in June 26, 2017 at lone hollow near kerrville, tx, for 1week with Layla cook, drew and. Nathan adler.

Interesting how people look at details: Madison wants to bake a something and she was so insisting that it took two bowls to mix up dry ingredients; salt, sugar flour, etc. and eggs, vanilla, etc. Can't get past if they were all mixed together in the same bowl. Its all about the bigger picture. Such is life, with choices and bigger decisions. So, happy that all the big decisions of moving to Houston, marrying Jacqueline, living good smart lives. Studying hard and working hard are paying off dividends! MDE has been a great school for the girls in 3rd grade and Kindergarten with Mrs. Wooten and Mrs. Briles have made such an impact on the girls with all A's and high B's. Their educations will propel them into making great decisions and having great lives ahead of them.

Busy Birthday spring 2017

Busy spring Birthday season 2017. Well with Hannah and my birthdays in the past, we had an eventful 9th and 38th respectively for Madison and Jacqueline. Madison had a funfilled New York trip with Lala and Jules where we got to see Eloise and the Plaza hotel, Statue of Liberty and Madison Avenue and best of all was an epic snowball fight in Times Square. We celebrated an amazing 9th birthday party with all her friends at home and had pizza, cake and ice cream. The Lion King had two performances for the Lady Bugs (Hannah =Timon) on April 8th and the double header for the big kids (Madion=Ensemble and Jungle Creatures) on April 22nd. They did amazing and Tunta Ronna and Uncle Buzz came in for the performance. Spot on!! Great singing voices and cannot wait for more this summer! We couldn't be prouder of them. Jacqueline and Jennifer had fun celebrating as well. Now, unfortunately, we have to prepare for removing Hannah's tonsils and adenoids June 1st. Routine surgery followed by plenty of popsicles and ice cream.

9 years old!! Where does the time go? Seriously!

Madison, where did the time go? How are you 9 years old already? We brought you home from the hospital on a Thursday (all 6lb 10oz of you) You have been our sweet joy ever since! I cannot begin to count the times you brought (good)tears to my eyes because of your great grades; great stories; great food; great theater; great dancing. I remember the first time you ate your puree rice cereal and the smile you had on your face when you finished. When you were 1 years old you couldn't wait to attack that chocolate cake your mommy had made for you! It was ALL OVER THE PLACE!! I continuously learn from you about life and all that's good about it!! You are a sweet daughter and sister to Hannah! I love you with ALL MY HEART!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MADISON!!

One of my big beliefs is the belief in God. Judiasm teaches us gratitude of life. THIS is the reason that I believe: because I can direct that gratitude for life somewhere.

My Sweet girl is 6 tomorrow. The date, 1/27/2011, one of the best days of our lives! My how our little girl has grown up! Hannah Elyssa you are the apple of mommy and daddy's eyes. Our lives would not be complete if it were not for you and Madison. We've seen you go from pishin in your diaper to preschool fingerpainting, to an accomplished Lion King/ Kindergartner/ math and reading WIZ!! We are so proud of you and your accomplishments! Make me laugh daddy! "I know this boy named Fredericko. He had a dog named arnimis. Arnimis was a big dog and he sometimes peed on trees and chase squirrels. Fredericko had a brother and a sister and they loved to play with Arnimis. They talked for hours and hours about places to go to and people to see. What do you think their favorite color was? Mauve . . . actually a mix of mauve and blauje. It waould have a lighter tone to it and they always ate their favorite food called blogenberries. Sometimes with cool whip. they heated it in the microwave a little bit to make it warm with ice cream. Blogenberries are really roundish squarish type of berries. Delishious with chunkoregal pie. Arnimis sometimes jumped on the table to get a lick."
